崇光(香港)百貨有限公司 (以下統稱「本公司」或「崇光百貨」) 近日接獲多名顧客查詢及舉報，得悉有不法之徒冒充本公司職員致電顧客，以「產品回收」、「損毀賠償」、「缺貨退款」或「派件不成功」等虛假藉口，企圖誘騙顧客透露個人資料、銀行帳戶等資訊，甚至要求顧客退還已購買之商品。

為保障廣大顧客之個人私隱及財產安全，本公司謹此嚴正聲明並提醒顧客注意以下事項：

1. 本公司特此確認，近期要求顧客退還已購買之商品、繳付款項或進行銀行轉帳的電話及/或訊息，均未獲崇光百貨授權，且與本公司絕無任何關連。

2. 本公司呼籲顧客保持高度警惕，切勿輕信可疑來電，更切勿遵從對方指示透露個人資料 (如: 密碼、身分證明文件、銀行帳戶、信用卡等)、一次性驗證碼(OTP)、退還已購買之商品、進行任何銀行轉帳等。

3. 如閣下接獲任何聲稱代表崇光百貨之可疑來電及/或通訊，或對來電者身分存有疑慮，請立即透過以下官方途徑進行核實：

【Security Alert & Official Statement: Impersonation of SOGO Staff】

SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited (hereinafter "the Company" or "SOGO") has recently received inquiries and reports from customers regarding fraudsters impersonating our staff and calling customers. Under false pretenses such as "product recalls," "compensation for damaged goods," "out-of-stock refunds," or "failed deliveries," these individuals attempt to deceive customers into disclosing personal information, bank account details, and other sensitive data, or even demand the return of purchased merchandise.

To safeguard our customers' personal privacy and property, the Company hereby issues the following solemn statement and reminders:

1. The Company hereby confirms that recent phone calls and/or messages requesting customers to return purchased merchandise, make payments, or execute bank transfers are entirely unauthorized by SOGO and are completely unaffiliated with the Company.

2. The Company urges customers to remain highly vigilant, never trust suspicious calls, and strictly refrain from following instructions to disclose personal information (e.g., passwords, identity documents, bank accounts, credit cards, etc.), one-time passwords (OTPs), return purchased merchandise, or execute any bank transfers.

3. If you receive any suspicious calls and/or communications claiming to represent SOGO, or have doubts regarding the caller's identity, please verify immediately through our official channels:

The Company strongly condemns the aforementioned fraudulent acts and reserves all rights to pursue legal action against the parties involved.
