現時網絡詐騙漸趨普遍，騙徒可能會冒充官方帳號，利用假冒電郵、網站或社交平台帳戶，誘使你撳連結、掃二維碼 (QR Code)、登入帳戶、提供資料或付款。記住以下防騙貼士：

① 看清來源
香港快運(HK Express) 發送給旅客的電郵會使用官方網域，記得核對完整的發件人電郵地址。

② 可疑內容切勿點擊
切勿隨便點擊可疑連結、開啟附件或掃二維碼 (QR Code)，亦不要提供個人資料、密碼或一次性驗證碼（OTP）。注意如訊息涉及退款、賠償或款項退還，香港快運會以原付款方式直接退回，不會要求你提供信用卡資料。
