香港快運最近留意到有不法分子冒充本公司，透過偽冒電郵、短訊、網站、社交媒體帳戶或其他通訊渠道發放虛假訊息，訛稱可安排退款，並誘導旅客致電指定電話號碼、點擊可疑連結、提交個人資料或付款。如收到此類訊息，請提高警覺。訊息內提供的電話號碼可能並非香港快運的官方聯絡方式，切勿致電，並請直接透過香港快運官方網站所列的渠道與我們聯絡。

如對訊息真偽有任何懷疑，請勿回覆，亦不要點擊訊息內的連結、附件或二維碼（QR Code），或提供個人資料、登入資料、密碼、一次性驗證碼（OTP）或信用卡資料。任何涉及退款、賠償、款項退還、航班安排、問卷調查、獎賞領取或推廣優惠的訊息，均應先透過上述官方渠道核實。如懷疑涉及詐騙活動，請立即停止互動、保留相關資料並向警方報案。

These messages may claim to offer refunds and ask customers to call a specified phone number, click on suspicious links, disclose personal information or make payments. If you receive such a message, remain vigilant. The phone number provided may not be an official HK Express contact number. Do not call it. Contact us only through the channels listed on the official HK Express website.

Messages concerning refunds, compensation, reimbursements, flight arrangements, surveys, reward claims or promotional offers should be verified through the official channels above.
