香港快運主辦嘅「Gotta GO! 可持續旅遊挑戰賽」，畀大學生用創意贏機票、實踐旅行構想！2025年嘅其中一隊得獎隊伍，係來自香港理工大學嘅 Octivia 同 Stephanie，佢地挑戰以全背包客方式結合farm-to-table方式體驗石垣島，最後贏得機票同旅費，將構想變成真實旅程！✈️

Octivia 同 Stephanie唔單止去睇世界，仲親身體驗堆肥、參與沙灘清潔，發掘旅行嘅另一面。原來最難忘嘅旅程，未必係最舒服，而係最有故事！

Hosted by HK Express, the “Gotta GO! Sustainable Explorer Challenge” gives students the chance to turn creative ideas into real journeys. PolyU’s Octivia & Stephanie brought their vision to life with an Ishigaki itinerary centred on backpacking and farm-to-table experiences — earning flight tickets and travel sponsorship to make the trip happen. ✈️

Their journey went beyond sightseeing. From making compost to joining a beach clean-up, they experienced travel from a whole new perspective. Sometimes, the most memorable trips are not the most comfortable ones, but the ones with the best stories to tell.
